The cast features Amy Evans (who worked with WS Gilbert in his last opera) as Elsie Maynard; Francis Ludlow as Jack Point; Ben Ivor as Col. Fairfax; Emily Foxcraft in a dual role as Phoebe Meryll and Dame Carruthers; and Bantock Pierpont in a triple role as Sgt Meryll, Wilfred Shadbolt, and Sir Richard. The Band of His Majesty's Scots Guards accompanies the soloists and chorus. Act I selections:
